Our Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading of solid-liquid separation. The process is to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material. It is used in various industries such as pharmaceutical, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, paints, plastic, minerals, rubber compounds, metal powders, detergents, pesticides, fertilizers, dyestuff and pigments. Our sifters are more versatile for online continuous production.

Vibro Sifter consists of special Vertical design and mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of the top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The oversize material gets continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights. Our Vibro Sifter are self-contained compact machines that make precise mechanical separation according to particle size through efficient use of vibration.
