Octagonal Blenders from Ganesh PharmaTech are designed to process a larger volume of material. It occupies less space compared to other similar blenders like ‘V’ and Double Cone useful for pharmaceutical industries wherein the gentle blending of dry granules of powder is to be done with slow speed and has removable type baffles mounted on a rectangular shell. The machine consists of shell welded with conical Octagonal shape ends and supported with sturdy supports on both sides. Octagonal Blender Machine has been developed for mixing of various types of granular. The machine is efficient and versatile use in mixing and lubrication processes in various industries. Some of the main industries which uses are pharmaceutical production, food industries, chemical processing and also making of cosmetic products.
Our Octagonal blender is supplied with a bin charging system or can be designed for vacuum charging. The dust-free charging system is also incorporated which is a completely closed system for charging and discharging of powders or granules. The material to be mixed is charged in the machine either manually from the top of the bin charging system or vacuum charging system and then the port is locked positively. In our Octagonal Blender, the granules come from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container; hence requirement of RPM is less. Suitable mainly for Crystalline and Granular type material as it gets sufficient continuous movement due to the shape of the container. Have only slow movement and will result in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules. The inside portion of Octagonal Blender is mirror polished and the outside surface, frame & guards are matt polished.
